As you might know, FKA Twigs has accused her actor ex, Shia LaBeouf, of mental, physical, and emotional abuse but he is now denying everything in his response to the lawsuit. Furthermore, he also claims that FKA didn’t suffer any ‘injury or loss’ at his hands.

That’s right! According to the new court documents obtained by HollywoodLife, Shia LaBeouf ‘denies, generally and specifically, each and every allegation contained’ that appear in FKA Twigs‘ abuse lawsuit she filed against him back in December.

This comes after FKA claimed that not only did he abuse he in every way, including sexual, but that he even gave her an STD while knowing he had it!

Now, the actor argues in his own documents that his ex did not sustain ‘any injury or loss by reason of an act or omission on the part of’ LaBeouf while they were still together.

Furthermore, he also denies that she is ‘entitled to any relief or damages whatsoever’ in response to her claiming it was ‘very expensive, and a massive undertaking of time and resources, to get out’ of their toxic and abusive relationship.

LaBeouf also insists that ‘none of the acts alleged [in the lawsuit] were based on sex and the conduct was not sexual.’

This comes a couple of months after the man also publicly and informally addressed the accusations against him.

At the time, the actor dished via The New York Times that ‘I’m not in any position to tell anybody how my behavior made them feel. I’ve no excuses for my alcoholism or my aggression, only rationalizations. I’ve been abusive to myself and everybody around me for years. I’ve a history of hurting the people closest to me. I am ashamed of that history and I am sorry to those I hurt. There’s nothing else I can really say.’

However, while this sounds like a sincere apology, he went on to claim that ‘many of these allegations are not true.’
