The Mandalorian Season 1:

Mando and Baby Yoda

The Mandalorians are a clan from the planet Mandalore. They are a multiethnic clan where a civil war broke out. The war claimed many lives and forced the few survivors to scatter to other planets. Many of those survivors ended up on the planet Navarro. They formed a tribe there, which includes Din Djarin, popularly known as “Mando.”

Din Djarin is a bounty hunter, and he is very skilled at it due to his warrior training in the past. He gets a high paying job of delivering a child with mystical powers to a former Empire official, “The Client.”  However, when Din Djarin finds him, he takes pity on the child since he himself was orphaned at a young age. He decides to protect the child from all harm and reunite Baby Yoda with his own kind. The child who has a bounty on his head is popularly known as Baby Yoda.

Now, Mando and Baby Yoda try to lay low to avoid the bounty hunters and former Empire cronies. The duo goes through lots of struggles so that they can survive. Mando accepts help from Greef Karga to defeat The Client once and for all, to secure their freedom. They made new friends, Cara Dune, Kuiil, and a remodeled IG-11 used to kill Baby Yoda. Baby Yoda saves Greef, earning his loyalty.

However, the series’s primary antagonist, a former high-ranking official Mofff Gideon, continues to make things difficult for them by endlessly pursuing them. The season finale shows Mando, Cara, Greef, and Baby Yoda escaping the stormtroopers. The stormtroopers killed Kuiil, and IG-11 sacrifices himself to save the rest of the team. The Mandalorian Season 2 Finale

In the second season, Mando tries to find the remaining Mandalorian. He believes if he can find the other Mandalorians, then they can help him find the Jedi. He ends up in the town Mos Pelgo where he meets Cobb Vanth, who wears Mandalorian armor. Cobb Vanth tells him how he freed the town’s people from the control of the Mining Collective with this armor’s help. When the town gets attacked by a krayt dragon, Cobb Vanth promises to give Mando his armor back if he helped kill the dragon. They kill the dragon, and Mando leaves with Cobb Vanth’s armor, but Boba Fett watched him.

Mando meets a Frog Lady and helps her reunite with her husband. After the couple meets, they direct Mando to an inn where he will most likely find information about the other Mandalorians. Mando and Baby Yoda get into trouble on their way, and Bo-Katan Kryze leads three Mandalorians with her and saves the duo. Bo-Katan promises to give him information on the Jedi in exchange for his help in seizing weapons from an Imperial freighter. Bo-Katan directs him to meet the Jedi Ahsoka Tano on the forest planet of Corvus.

They arrive at the city of Calodan on the planet Corvus, where they will find Ahsoka Tano. Mando and Baby Yoda find out that the population lived in fear of Morgan Elsbeth, the city’s magistrate. Mando and Baby Yoda meet Ahsoka, and she uses The Force to determine that Baby Yoda’s name is Grogu. She also determines that Grogu began his training as a Jedi before the rise of the Empire. She initially agreed to help Grogu continue his training but later rejects the idea because of his close attachment with Mando. As a result, she asks Mando to take Baby Yoda to an ancient temple on Tython. There, Grogu can use The Force to sense other Jedi and decide what to do next.

Mando places Grogu on the seeing stone at the center of the ancient times when they arrived there. Grogu starts meditating and gets surrounded by a force field. Moff arrives there and captures Grogu after his meditation ended and the force field disappeared. Mando, Frett, and Fennec travel to Frett’s ship to help Mando save Baby Yoda. They ask for Cara’s help, and she takes an ex-Imperial under her custody who agrees to help her locate Moff. In their pursuit of saving Grogu, they ask for help from Bo-Katan and Koska Reeves.

They get to Moff’s cruiser, and Mando starts fighting with Moff Gideon. Mando soon overpowers Moff and becomes the rightful owner of the Darksaber. The dark troopers fly back to the ship to help Moff Gideon, but Luke Skywalker enters the ship and destroys them. Grogu leaves with Luke to continue his training after getting the permission of Mando. The Mandalorian Characters Description:

Din Djarin or Mando (Pedro Pascal): He is the main protagonist of the show and an orphan whom the Mandalorians adopted and included in their culture before the series’s events. Baby Yoda, Grogu: He is a young alien of the same species as Grand Master Yoda from the Star Wars movie. He is still an infant by the standard of his species, despite being 50 years old. Although Baby Yoda is unable to speak, the show demonstrates his great talents as he has a strong natural ability with The Force. Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito): He is the primary antagonist of the series. Moff is the Imperial remnant leader, and he wants to abduct Baby Yoda to use his blood for his experiments. Mando and his allies defeat him at the end of the second season. Cara Dune (Gina Carano): She is a former Rebel shock trooper from Alderaan and became a mercenary after the fall of the Empire. Cara first meets Mando on the planet Sorgan, and they work together to protect a village from raiders. She then starts helping Mando protect Baby Yoda from the Imperial remnant. Greef Karga (Carl Weathers): He is the leader of the Bounty Hunters’ Guild. Greef is both an ally and enemy to Mando at different points in the series’s first season. Greef’s main job is to give assignments to the bounty hunters and ensure everyone follows the guild’s code.
